have opportunities in the below area:

- Market
& Co – offers an all day dining menu and savour tasting plates,
juicy char-grilled steaks and succulent seafood - Modo
Mio – authentic Italian dining offering the freshest, local produce and
traditional Italian recipes - Riverside
Cafe – offers a delicious range of continental meals such as
Chicken Parmigiana’s and Singapore Fried Noodles. - Bistro
Guillaume – offers an delectable menu rich with French
classics - Banquets
(Cold Larder) – responsible for producing a diverse range of produce;
supplying to our Restaurants as well as fulfilling our role in the
banqueting operation

Experiences
Experiences
· Previous
experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
- A
real passion and dedication for food & cooking - Ability
to maintain high and consistent standards - A
‘can do’ attitude who shows initiative & follows direction - Excellent
communication skills - Adherence
and understanding of HACCP - Certificate
III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate highly desirable - Flexible
availability – you will be required to work late nights, graveyards, early
mornings depending on the particular outlet you are in
