As
our telecommunications division rapidly expands, we have an immediate need for
additional Field Supervisors to be part of our Central Queensland project
team. Lendlease is undertaking all aspects of work associated with HFC
and FTTx Networks. This covers Network Infill and Augmentation, through
to Customer SDU and MDU construction activities.

Candidates
will have relevant experience working within telecommunications and / or Power
networks. Previous supervisory experience in the management of
staff and subcontractors within infrastructure projects is essential.

Field Supervisor, you will be well supported and responsible for leading,
planning, organising, monitoring and reporting on all site construction
activities ensuring project technical specifications, program, quality, safety
and environmental requirements are achieved. This will be a field
based role, requiring excellent communication and engagement skills to ensure
relationships are developed and maintained with all key
stakeholders. Our aim is to create a workplace where people are respected and
