We are seeking an
outstanding Centre Director with strong communication and leadership skills to
join our team at Creative Childcare. This is a brand new state of the art
family owned and operated child care centre. Our centre is dedicated and
passionate about ensuring all children are provided with the best head start to
their early years of learning and education, all in an interactive environment
that is safe, warm and welcoming
Successful
applicants will be/have:
- Early
Childhood Teacher or Diploma qualifications. - Previous
rostering experience - Exceptional
communication skills - Sound
interpersonal and communication skills - Be
innovative, creative and motivated to create a centre of choice for
families within the local community. - Committed
to delivering high quality care and NQF high quality indicators. - Experience
in building strong morale amongst the staff and a caring environment for
the children. - Hold or
be willing to obtain a current First Aid Certificate and Accredited
Anaphylaxis Certificate - Have an
understanding of the business side of managing a centre – including
preparing and maintaining budgets, staffing, regulations, assessment and
rating etc - Demonstrate
commitment to customer service and an ability to develop warm and
respectful relationships with families and children
