Expansion and recent changes have created the need for a technically experienced key account manager and team leader to retain and enhance existing commercial account business whilst leading two direct reports.
We are after a mature, experienced account manager in commercial fire and general insurance with a track record of account growth and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, mentor and manage workload for experienced sales and admin staff. Your commercial success will be balanced by your people skills where you will set the example in this open-plan, high visibility environment. Ideally, your experience will be backed by an industry qualification.
