Ideally,
they should have:

- At
least a bachelor degree in Finances, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; - Minimum
of five (5) years’ experience in business banking position; - Proven
business skills and organizational capacity; - Great
capacity to create and maintain good contacts with customers; - Being
able to process and analyse loan applications and having a capacity
tomonitor the financed projects; - Being
fluent to the Rwandan business environment; - Being
fluent in English or in French, Knowledge of both languages is an asset; - Having
a good practice to computers and being proficient in the main office
software
