Working within a team your main duties will be to:
• Handle clients enquiries into the organisation (mainly via telephone) in a timely manner
• Take ownership of providing a stellar service within targeted timescales
• Undertake training and coaching to ensure a high level of service is maintained
• Liaise with other areas of the business to solve enquiries
• Maintain accurate data for all client enquiries
• Ad-hoc participation in departmental projects
The main skills required for the role are:
• An ability to communicate with all levels of management, other departments and clients
• Must possess strong communications skills and be able to question any areas that aren’t completely clear
• Excellent time management/prioritisation skills
• Must be IT literate in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• A previous background within banking, investments or financial services is highly desirable
