This organisation is a leading property management company in New Zealand and overseas.
We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a proactive and experienced applicant to be responsible for tenant liaison within the Christchurch team. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be providing “hands on” assistance and premier customer service at all times.
As the Client Liaison you will be responsible for all the tenants on tenancy and access issues due to the February earthquake. You will facilitate effective communications between tenants and centre management as you will be liaising with all tenants on all tenancy, maintenance and access issues. You will compile and maintain an accurate list of tenant contact details and follow up all tenant complaints with the Centre Manager. You will have regular communications with the Centre Manager and Marketing department and issue tenant newsletters and correspondence as instructed by the management team.
In order to be successful in the role you will have experience working in a retail environment and have a strong customer service focus with the ability to build effective business relationships at all levels. A proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service is highly desirable. Your written and verbal communication skills will be first class with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under minimum supervision.
