• Knowledge or Application skills needed in all aspects of business management
• Knowledge & experience in the interior aspects of construction industry
• Mentally & physically fit
• Service minded as opposed to money minded
• Conversant with building contracts
• Motivational Personality with leadership qualities
• Good command of Chinese for post in China to liaise with associates
• Good command of English for post in Singapore
