CARE International in Rwanda is seeking to recruit a Literacy Professional to be based in HUYE District/Southern Province for its ISARO Project.
Minimum Qualification required:
1. Rwandan nationality;
2. University degree in education, Psychology sciences;
3. Minimum of three (3) years work experience in community development and Civil Society Organisation partnering with INGOs, preferred;
4. Excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Strong participatory and capacity-building skills;
6. Fluent in Kinyarwanda and French and proficient in English;
7. Computer literacy in word processing (MS Word) and spreadsheets (MS Excel);
8. Valid motorcycle driving license category A is preferred
9. Engaged and committed individual willing to abide by CARE’s CORE values.
