available and qualified to deliver and assess training, within
the Shepparton regions, in Disability, Aged Care and Home and
Community Care

You will be familiar with the challenges of
delivering nationally accredited training in a range of different environments including
the workplace, the classroom, and possibly via distance. Your knowledge and
understanding of the recognition of prior learning process will allow you to
consider a person’s existing skills and knowledge and you will be confident in
delivering a learning program that is flexible to each learners needs.

Selection Criteria:
- Certificate
IV in Training and Assessment - Minimum
3 years industry experience - Related
package qualifications - Demonstrated
experience delivering quality training and assessment in VET - Current
driver license and own transport - Evidence
of continuing professional development in industry area and VET - Demonstrated
knowledge of issues surrounding the establishment, design and coordination
of accredited training compliant with ASQA (highly desirable)
