DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Deliver the Bully
Zero Australia Foundation (BZAF) Programs to schools (students, teachers and
parents), apprentices, trainees, workplaces, sporting clubs and community
groups.
– Consistently support and assist the CEO in relation to training including administrative
tasks as required.
– Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the BZAF Education Programs.
– Ensure you are kept abreast of any development or changes occurring in the
cyber safety/bullying area and

reflect these changes in the delivery of BZAF
programs.
– In addition, a key function of this role is to assist with the planning
and managing of Foundation events and functions held throughout the year. The
Teacher must have the ability to work outside normal business hours including
weekends to meet demands of the Foundation and must be available either by
phone and email before or after work.
– The Teacher maybe required to deliver programs after hours i.e. parents
presentations in the evening. Time in lieu principles will apply and negotiated.
– The BZAF program is a maximum of 2 hours and is delivered to students from
grade 3+.
– Develop and maintain existing relationships with educational institutions,
charity partners, sponsors, key stakeholders and clients.
– The Teacher will take on full responsibility for the development, improvement
and delivery of the Bully Zero Program nationally. Regional and interstate
travel is a requirement of this role.
– All travel expenses including flights, hotel, meal and incidental expenses
are covered by the Foundation.
– Maintain strong professional networks with schools, workplace, sporting clubs
and community groups.
– Conduct research as required for various reports, projects, general
information and business plans.
– Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in the handling of a
wide range of information and projects.

We are searching for
a qualified primary and/or secondary teacher that is passionate, confident,
punctual and a well presented individual who has a commitment to the delivery
of cyber safety/bullying prevention programs.

This position will
commence February 2016 and requires local and interstate travel. On and
off-the-job training is provided.
