Job Title; Capacity
Building Manager
CORE ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To Supervise,
plan, Coordinate and execute all project tasks
• Performing the
operational management and coordination of project activities and closely
liaising with World Bank.
• Integration of
agricultural nutrition, health and research and evaluation unit (REU)
• Developing,
up-dating and ensuring proper implementation of the project.
• Providing all the
necessary support and coordinating interactions between BRAC Uganda and other
beneficiary agencies.
• Developing and
preparing reports to the Country Representative, BRAC International and the
Bank (monthly, quarterly, annual and other supportive documents) on project
activities and implementation, among others.
REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of Master’s
of Science Degree in Agronomy/Crop Science
• Experience: At
least (5-10) Ten years working experience in the above mentioned field and or
related fields.
• Management, of
research oriented projects.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Should possess
sufficient Knowledge in the field of Research and Projects.
• Ability to
analyze, understand and discuss new program designs, and implementation
approaches.
