BlueSun Solar Sales Agents strive to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with home-owners and commercial businesses. Sales Agents will spend much of
their time traveling to and visiting with prospective customers at their homes. Sales Agents are the primary external representatives of BlueSun Solar and are expected to convey a sense of expertise in services and capabilities offered. This position requires a strong drive, tact, adaptability, confidence and a high degree of customer service and professionalism. Full company support at all times.

Income will consist of Fast & High commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities:
• Sales of residential and commercial solar electric systems.
• Closing deals and signing contracts at client home or business.
• Following up on provided sales leads and prospecting for and qualifying leads.
• Utilizing online tools and conducting preliminary site evaluations to develop an initial system design. The design is primarily used to provide the customer with a visual example of how a solar system will look in his/her home.
• Generating project proposals/quotes for customers.
• Analysis of customer’s current and projected electrical usage and financial return on investment.
Nice to have:
• Solar system sales experience preferred but we will train those eager to make a 6 figure income.
• Minimum 4-5 years of a successful track record of in-home sales experience.
• Experience with solar installation, design, or sales preferred (though not required because we offer training), Proven ability to build and develop business relationships, Experience building a book of business, Strong ability to project monthly sales numbers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Email, CRM experience a plus, Desire to stay on the leading edge of the solar and renewable energies industry.
