Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting
to the Foreman, the incumbent will be required to: - Diagnose
and repair vehicles in accordance with the Manufacturer’s specifications - Maintain
a high level of productivity and efficiency - Maintain
a high standard of repair quality - Ensure
that workshop processes are adhered to - Achieve
set targets - Complete
Warranty repairs on vehicles, as per the specifications - Maintain
and improve on repair standards - Implement
and maintain Franchise Rules and Regulations - Mentor
and develop Apprentices and Technicians - Maintain
house-keeping and Safety Standards

Driver’s Licence
