international banking corporation seeks incident manager

Our client is the first global shared services center of an international bank
in Malaysia and it has a strong presence in the Asia market. It provides
wholesale and consumer banking, world-class technology, systems development and
customer care service capabilities to the bank. Currently, there is a hiring
for incident manager to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the head of the business unit, you will be responsible to manage
high severity incidents. Furthermore, you will need to follow the defined high
severity and critical situation incident process and to coordinate with IT
service centre for resolution of issues. You will need to ensure timely
escalation for incidents to stakeholders, in terms of mobilization and
notification. Lastly, you will need to ensure appropriate security measures
were adhered during incident.
