Our client is one of the largest shared services hubs in the Kuala Lumpur
region supporting one of the largest banks globally. It provides wholesale and
consumer banking, world-class technology, systems development and customer care
service capabilities to the bank. It is operating with offices across the globe
and offered challenging careers for thousands of staff globally and now, there
is a hiring a service improvement analyst to join its vast growing
organization.
Reporting to the head of the business unit, you will need to re-engineer the
process and document the process with standard templates. Furthermore, you will
be supporting the automation specialist to implement the automatic workflow
based on the new processes. You will need to define, establish and communicate
project plan with agreed timelines, critical milestones, interdependencies and
risks. Lastly, you will need to communicate and train BAU teams in following
the new processes
To qualify, candidates must possess:
- A
Bachelor’s degree in the related field such as Engineering - More
than 4 years’ experience in successfully driving and implementing
significant transformation or re-engineering initiatives - Significant
experience in leading organizational restructuring, organizational
transformation or re-engineering initiatives - A
credential in Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma - Strong
communication and co-ordination skills
