• To lead and manage sales team members in order to achieve the Bank’s target growth for personal loan.
• To track and collate performance reporting.
• To oversee and monitor daily sales operations as well as ensuring high customer service quality.
• To coach, motivate and supervise team members with adequate products and compliance knowledge.
• To hold periodical meeting with the respective sales teams to develop entrepreneur and aggressive sales culture simultaneously motivate, drive and inspire the sales teams to achieve sales targets.
• To provide acquisition strategies to successfully market the Bank’s unsecured products.
• To ensure sales reports are submitted on time.
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Loan/Mortgage or equivalent.
