Job Summary: The
Medical Officer will be responsible for the provision of clinical care to
patients. S/he will work with a team of professional medical staff to ensure
optimal delivery of quality patient c

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients
including both regular and emergency care - Actively participate in the
review and development of appropriate policies and procedures for
patients’ health care to formulate best practice guidelines. - Periodically initiate and
participate in clinical research activities, institutional quality
improvement and patient safety activities.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBCh.B) - The candidate must also be
registered with the Uganda Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board
Certification in ACLS, ATLS - A minimum of two years post
internship experience - Excellent communication skills
- Be a good team player
- Demonstrated respect for
diversity and cultural sensitivities - Computer literacy i.e.
proficiency in Microsoft Office Application computer skills
