Duties:
• Being first point of contact for all phone and face to face visitors
• Provide back-up secretarial duties in the main office
• Maintain diary of the Directors
• Manage the coordination and scheduling of meeting rooms
• Demonstrate a customer friendly manner
• Take and pass on messages accurately and competently
• Perform basic administrative duties
Qualifications and Experiences:
• Diploma is Secretarial Services from a reputable institute
• Previous reception and front office experience
• Ideally previous admin experience as well and some secretarial experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic Computer knowledge Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft Excel 2010
• Capable of performing printing service, photocopying and fax services
• Strong interpersonal skills
