MISSION
Field recovery officer is responsible for managing the administration of
the “Bad Debt –
Recovery” documentation including the reporting. She/he is also responsible for
making sure
that the Recovery actions uphold and respect the law and clients’ dignity.
PROFILE
The Recovery Officer shall demonstrate:·
Form Six leaver – Experience in bad debt
recovery with MSMEs·
Ability to manage a team of Recovery
officers·
Ability the Unit’s objectives
(quantitative and qualitative) determined by operations·
department
Capability to negotiate effectively with
clients, guarantors, valuators and auctioneers·
Ability to promote and ensure a clear,
transparent and accurate information on each·
client
Aptitude to work under pressure·
Capacity to communicate efficiently in
Swahili and English, both orally and in writing.·
