Advanced Personnel Management (APM) is the leading
Non Government National Provider of Disability Employment Services. We assist
people with disabilities, injuries or illnesses to enter and retain
employment. We are seeking motivated and committed individuals to join our
Employment Services team. Experience in Employment Services is not essential;
however a proven capacity to engage with and motivate people is essential.

What Will You Do?
- Manage a case load of job seekers and work proactively to secure
each person sustainable employment. - Market the abilities of job seekers to
employers and business to
source and secure work opportunities for job seekers. This requires a
proactive approach including cold calling and face to face marketing
in the community. You will need excellent communication and negotiation
skills. - Provide Post Placement Support to job seekers and employers. This may
include on the job training as required for job seekers.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Passionate approach to working with people
with disabilities, illness or injury - Proven capacity to engage with and motivate
people - Demonstrated ability to work to targets and
meet required outcomes, e.g sales, marketing or business targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills
with a solutions focused approach - High level of organisational and time
management skills - Excellent administration and computer skills
with a keen eye for detail - A current Drivers licence and access to a
comprehensively insured vehicle is essential. (approved work kilometers
are reimbursed fortnightly)

Learning and Development team.
