Due to our continued growth, the role of Regional
Sales Manager has become available, located in our Milperra office. This
role offers the opportunity to develop and maintain a growing customer base
using your wealth of sales experience and excellent customer service skills.

Your key responsibilities will be, but not limited
to:

* Meet and exceed retail and wholesale targets
consistently on a monthly basis

* Establish a professional working relationship
with the dealer network

* Develop and implement appropriate marketing plans
to increase sales in line with WMC objectives

* Provide support to dealers including aftersales

* Ensure dealer facility and practice is in line
with Terms and Conditions of the Dealer Agreement and standards program

* Utilise external intelligence and internal
reports to propose and implement strategies to add value to the dealer network

The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification preferred but not

* At least 5 years solid experience in automotive
sales from wholesale and/or retail operations
