The Job
Reporting through to the Collections Team
Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Collection of overdue Commercial and Consumer
auto finance and commercial leasing accounts - Negotiating & monitoring payment
arrangements - Liaising with various internal departments to
solve customer queries
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you must have
experience in the following areas:

- Min 5 years collections experience within the
Banking & Finance sectors - Strong written & verbal communication
skills - Strong negotiation skills
