The Job
Reporting through to the Collections  Team
Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Collection of overdue Commercial and Consumer
    auto finance and commercial leasing accounts
  • Negotiating & monitoring payment
    arrangements
  • Liaising with various internal departments to
    solve customer queries
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you must have
experience in the following areas:
  • Min 5 years collections experience within the
    Banking & Finance sectors
  • Strong written & verbal communication
    skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
