Highlights of the role:
You will be working for a busy and growing Club
with differing cooking styles- café, a la carte, buffet and functions

Job Description:
- Assist the Catering Team ensuring all
meals produced are of a high standard and are served in a timely manner. - Work effectively within the back-of-house team
at the Club. - Ensure the work environment complies with WHS
standards. - Follow all procedures for washing and
sanitising utensils. - Ensure work station is kept clean at all times
and clean designated areas as required. - Maintain, label, pack away and rotate stock.
- Ensure all routines are followed in accordance
with Club policy and procedures.
What you need:
- Full availability
- A positive attitude and dedicated work
ethic - Willingness to learn a variety
of cooking techniques and practices - Fantastic communication skills
- A desire to become a highly skilled Chef!
