This position is with
a long-established, well-regarded specialist National Law Firm which has a
highly supportive, friendly and down-to-earth culture and an exceptionally low
staff turnover.

Working
in the Melbourne CBD office as part of a small, friendly, close-knit team,
this is a varied Accounts role with tasks including:

- Receipting
and entering all payments received into the Accounts Receivable records. - Preparing
client invoices and sending out to them by email. - Data
entry. - Daily
banking tasks. - Reconciling
company credit card entries. - Assisting
staff and clients with Accounts Receivable queries.
To
be suited to this role you must have previous accounts experience in a busy,
fast-paced and high volume role within a professional office environment – and
your accurate data entry and typing skills will go hand-in hand with this
experience.
You’ll be able to work to deadlines and work as part of a friendly, cohesive,
approachable team.

Salary to $45,000 plus superannuation, hours: 9am to 5pm and starting ASAP
