client is a leading national Tier 2
contractor working across a mixture of
commercial, and apartment projects ranging from $30m to $100m+.They have a
solid reputation for delivering complex, technically challenging and impressive
projects within the Melbourne market.
With an impressive portfolio of projects under their belt along with a strong
pipeline of work for 2015/2016 and beyond they are currently looking for an
experienced Site Manager to join their expanding team.
Your initial project, which is yet to commence, is a $25 million apartment new
build, 7 stories and 95 apartments which is located in the inner Northern
Suburbs. As the project hasn’t commenced, you’ll have full control from the out
set through to completion.
You will have an established and well-structured team working alongside you to
help you deliver the project.
To be success for this role you will ideally have 5+ years site management
experience delivering apartment projects circa $25 million plus within the
Melbourne market backed by a trade or tertiary qualification. You will have
stability with past employers, be well presented and lead from the front.
