with staff and management to provide high quality care and education for all
children in a loving and happy environment
•Contribute to a Reggio Inspired programme
•Evaluate and reflect on daily practices and programmes
•Follow and implement centre policy and procedures
•Adhere to the National Quality Framework and Occ Health and Safety
requirements
•Effective two way communication with families
•Dedication to self improvement and training
with staff and management to provide high quality care and education for all
children in a loving and happy environment

Education and Qualifications Required
- Diploma
in children’s services or equiv - Supervising
certificate - First
Aid, asthma and anaphylaxis - Ability
to work as team member and mentor others - Understanding
and knowledge of EYLF curriculum - Understanding
and knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
