UTS Legal Services
is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Solicitor with an
IT/commercial focus to provide high quality, timely and effective legal advice
and services to the University.

You will provide a range of legal services, including:

  • Advising
    on and drafting IT and commercial contracts  
  • Dealing
    effectively and strategically with legal issues 
  • Assisting
    as required with the Legal Compliance Program

Skills and
Experience required:

  • Experiece
    drafting complex commercial and IT contracts
  • Demonstrated
    legal drafting skills
  • Ability
    to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of
    a multidisciplinary team 
  • A
    current NSW Solicitors Practising Certificate (or have the eligibility to
    obtain)

Ideally, you will be
available for an immediate start or with minimum notice.   Please include

Remuneration
Salary Range: $109,171 to $114,369 pa (HEW 9) ? salary will be
pro rated.
The University offers 9.5% employer provided superannuation. This appointment
will be on a 6 month fixed term full time basis.
