We have an exciting role for a global PR and Communications Brand based a
stones throw away from the North Sydney train Station! This is a unique
opportunity to join a creative and dynamic firm as an Office Manager supporting
their Australia based operation
Your new role
This is varied and involved position, supporting with all areas of Office
Management from reception, maintaining the presentation of the office, managing
meeting rooms, catering and hospitality for meetings and events, maintaining
office equipment, tracking magazine subscriptions, managing office and kitchen
supplies, organizing office travel arrangements, OHS, supporting finance team
with expenses and light book keeping and all round admin and support.
What you’ll need to succeed
As the first point of contact you will be well presented with a proactive and
customer-centric approach, assuring a positive first impression and all round
support for the team. Experience in an office management or senior reception
position is vital, and an interest in marketing and PR would be a huge plus.
