1. Tasks and responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for reviewing complaint for former employees of MININTER/MINLOC regarding
contribution to social security funds not yet declared and provide adequate feed back to them;
• Filling CSR declaration form for non-declared contributions retained and proceed for declaration ;
• Will be responsible for declaration of TPR/PAYE of areas;
• Will work closely with MINALOC Documentarist and archives to find missing documents in Archive;
• Any other task given to him/her by MINALOC authorities;
• He /she will report to Director of Finances and administration.
2. Qualification and requirements:
• Bachelor degree in H.M.R ,Management, Finances; or other related field with 2years of experience in in Human resources management activities ;
• Be familiar with declaration of social security contribution and TPR/PAYE;
• Be familiar /or has sufficient skills in computation of social security contribution and TPR/PAYE;
