• A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Public Finance or other field plus Professional Qualification recognized by IFAC(ACCA, CPA) with 2 years relevant continuous work experience in a busy finance department.
• Experience with donor funded projects will be an added advantage ;
• Demonstrated experience in preparation of financial reports and budget variance analysis ;
• Hands on experience with a multi-user accounting package IFMIS, including data capturing and extraction of ledgers balances from such as system ;
• High integrity, strong result orientation, drive for excellence and takes initiative ;
• Good communication skills ;
• Fluency in English required ; working knowledge of French would be an added advantage ;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills ;
• Be a team player and have client focus.
