Key responsibilities for Coordinator of MCDO :
• To coordinate and supervise activities of different departments of MCDO ;
• To supervise and coordinate activities of establishing annual plans for CDO in closer collaboration with MCDO members and partners ;
• Facilitate the process of annual budget elaboration and setting mechanisms for budget implementation based on annual plans and MCDO strategic plan ;
• To elaborate project proposals based on planned activities and donor requirements ;
• To liaise with MCDO existing partners and ensure there are new partners in order to achieve organization set goals ;
• To ensure timely and efficient financial reporting for all MCDO expenditures and incomes ;
• To supervise and evaluate regularly the performance of MCDO full time and part time employees ;
• To report monthly, quarterly and annually the MCDO achievements to MCDO board, the general assembly and partners ;
Education, experience, and other requirements for the post of MCDO Coordinator :
• At least bachelor degree (A0) in the fields of development studies, sociology ; management and other related fields ;
• Proven experience in working with nongovernmental organizations ;
• Strong moral character and able to work independently with minimum supervision ;
• Good communication skills ;
• Conversant with computer (Word, Excel, Power point etc ) ;
• Proven experience in proposal writing ;
• Proven interpersonal relationship skills ;
• Three referees( last employer, lecturer or a professional workmate) ;
