POSITION : WAITERS/ WAITRESS
Major Duties and
responsibility
– Escort customers to their tables;
– Provide polite and efficient service at all times to maintain the exceptional
standard of quality service in bourbon Coffee;
– Inform customers of daily specials.
– Explain the cook method to the clients
– Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making
recommendations upon request.
– Write down orders and serve meals from customers
– Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take
action to correct any problems;
– Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making
recommendations upon request.
– Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to
kitchen for cleaning.
Minimum Qualifications
– The applicant should have an advanced level certificate of education
– Good oral communication skills
– Excellent knowledge of English and Kinyarwanda.
– Excellent interpersonal skills
