In Rwanda, BBOXX has been mainly
operating in the Northern Province with a Hub in Musanze and 10 shops. We are

Job Description-
Title: Hub Technician
Reports to: Hub Manager
Location: Hub
Purpose: Ensure BBOXX products
are properly installed, functioning, and repaired in the Hub by managing the
team of technicians and performing installation and repair duties where
necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Overall
responsibility for ensuring that products function properly - Ensure
BBOXX technicians are competent in their ability to install - Keep
in-Hub staff up-to-date on technical changes as communicated by the
technical team - Manage
installations for institutional clients
Description of tasks
- Repair
systems returned to HUB - Interview
Shop Technician candidates to ensure proper technical skills - Train
Shop Technicians in proper installation procedures - Assess
Shop Technicians on the technical aspects of their job - Collect
technical reports on defects from Shop Technicians and submit to the
technical team - Develop
and continually improve the installation process - Assess
any performance problems of BBOXX systems and make technical
recommendations to the technical team
Person specification
Ideal candidate should havea diploma in
any field of Engineering, or any other related field and may have previously
worked in any technical position for 2 years.
