Ltd., we seek to recruit one (1) Customer Care (CC) Officer.

Description
The Customer Care Officer is responsible for
handling customer calls (in- and outbound) to provide information and
customer support such as the remote troubleshooting of technical and
service-related issues.
Activities
Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from
    customers with varying levels of questions and concerns
  • Conduct outbound calls to gather customer’s
    feedback for Mobisol’s customer satisfaction surveys
  • Resolve customer’s questions and concerns
    using a computerized system
  • Forward customer’s questions and concerns to
    the responsible department, if the problem cannot be solved by
    customer care
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Social Sciences
  •  Advanced knowledge of Excel spread
    sheets and data entry skills
  • Minimum experience of one year in customer
    service in a call centre environment and/or in a high call volume
    environment
  •  Experience assisting customers/clients
    with escalated issues
  • Proven critical thinking skills that
    demonstrate fact finding/analysis and sound decision making
  • Detail oriented and well-organized
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks while
    working under tight deadlines with close attention to detail, accuracy
    and quality at all times
  • Open to work in a flexible and creative work
    environment with fast-evolving operations
  • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda.
