The BPN SME Coach accompanies BPN Entrepreneurs on their Journey of growth. The
journey starts with thoroughly understanding the actual Business status and
helping the entrepreneur prepare a Five years strategic Expansion plan. It
continues with mentoring the entrepreneur during the implementation of his
Expansion plan.

Ø Pre-selection support: Looking for potential entrepreneurs,
interview applying candidates and monitoring status.

Ø Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda (excellent writing and
oral skills)
Ø Additional languages skills would be a plus.

Ø Seven years related experience in Managing a private
Business or/and working with Entrepreneurs.
Ø Degree, equivalent to a four-year college or university
degree with a major in economics.
Ø Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda (excellent writing and
oral skills)
Ø Additional languages skills would be a plus.

Ø Seven years related experience in Managing a private

The
position:
The Finance & Operations Assistant caters for the smooth running of BPN
Rwanda’s BackOffice, taking full responsibility of the internal finances, HR
Administration, general administration, among others assisting other
departments and hosting national and international BPN visitors.
