Scale of Pay: Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Eligibility:
Officers under the Central Government/State Government.
(a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
(ii) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.8000-13500 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or
(iii) with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.6500-10500 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and
(b) Possessing five year’s experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters.
