Job Scope To support the Sales department
Answering of customers’ enquiries and preparation of quotations
Handle purchase order and delivery order invoices
Keying and updating of all documents into system
Liaise with external vendors and ensure timely deliveries of goods to customers’ site
Other duties as required
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Levels with 2 years of relevant admin experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to start work on short/immediate notice
