The job holder will be responsible for processing of payroll and any other ad-hoc outsource services that have been outsourced to PROSOFT. He/She will provide the first level support roles by taking incoming support call from outsourcing customers and will also assist the Consultant and Company in any other administrative functions assigned.
The job holder has to ensure the accuracy of the payroll processing at all times and ensure timely delivery of the documents and reports to clients. He/She must be able to comprehend the requirements of the client and plan the work schedule accordingly. He/She has to ensure that any of the client confidential information, particularly those relating to client’s employee personal particulars and salary information, is and shall remain strictly private and confidential, and not disclose it at any time to any third party.
The job holder should have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in performing human resource & payroll function; Sound understanding of the Employment Act, CPF Act and any other related government regulations is essential; PROSOFT HRIS hands-on knowledge, experience in working for other payroll outsourcing companies and having performed other regional countries’ payroll will be highly advantageous.
Minimum requirements:
1. Meticulous when it comes to preparing Customers’ payroll and ensure payroll is delivered with zero-error and in a timely manner
2. Good customer service skills
3. Good team player
4. Good communication skills – to be able to comprehend the needs and requirements of customers and to propose the most appropriate solution after discussion with internal functions such as R&D, Implementation team etc.
5. Able to check and ensure the accuracy of payroll prepared by other Outsource colleagues
6. Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
7. Able to multi-task effectively and assist in any other tasks assigned from time-to-time
8. Able to independently handle administrative matters e.g.
• Monitor and follow-up on overdue payments and contract renewals
• Track department performance and KPIs
• Create and Update customer database
• Assist Project Consultant to prepare the user’s requirement specifications for the client to sign-off
• Ensure documentation filing and data entry (e.g. Source documents, Customer support log etc.) is complete according to ISO 9001:2008 standards
