Salary: $59,253 – $72,135 (under review)
Hours: Full time – 36.25 hours per week

The Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene (MHCP), is now recruiting for an individual dedicated to the Mission and Values of the facility while responsible:
• to analyze, monitor, validate and report upon clinical, statistical and financial activities in order to support decision making at the program and corporate level
• to provide expert advice and consultation to assigned client areas
• to oversee, administer and support the tools used in the collection of integrated data elements
• to prepare mandatory submissions to external agencies related to decision support tools.

Qualifications:
• ability to understand and align actions with strategic hospital clinical, financial and operational goals and activities
• knowledge of computer systems and advanced proficiency in the use of various and current related software including spreadsheets, databases, report writing and word processing applications
• knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methodology and demonstrated service and quality orientation
• knowledge of relevant related legislation
• demonstrated analytical and conceptual thinking skills within a complex environment and ability and aptitude for recognizing, investigating and analysing problems and developing solutions
• verbal and written communication skills to educate, direct and inform all levels of the organization, chair and participate in meetings
• strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to impact and influence role
• planning, coordinating and execution skills to manage multiple priorities and coordinating activities involving others
