I have done some homework on this awesome funding opportunity – which just came
online this Fall semester 2012!
While I am more focused on helping recruit #TopTzStudents, the scholarship is
indeed for _all_ African students across the continent and even the Diaspora to a lesser extent. Successful
scholars will receive full financial support
at the partner institutions listed on the website.
Students will need to first apply and gain admission into the partner
institutions prior to being considered for the scholarship awards. There are strict income criteria to qualify for the award,
and preference is for students with extremely limited financial resources.

My first screen will be their O-level score: it should be a Division I, point
7, 8 or 9. SAT scores would also be helpful.
