Organization Overview:
The International Economic Growth Division conducts
projects in agriculture, economic development, labor, privatization,
environment, and trade. We work in developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin
America, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Our clients include the US Agency
for International Development (USAID) and multilateral financial institutions
such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA with 6 – 8 years of experience OR MA/MBA (3)
years of experience OR PhD (Entry Level) OR the equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the M&E unit to process and
analyze data - Providing analysis to the M&E unit and the
Tubocha team for inclusion in regular reporting - Traveling periodically to the field to check
the quality of the data collected and observing the collection process at
work - Supporting the M&E unit and the
Communication Specialist in collecting “success stories” outlining
specific areas of success under the project - Assisting the M&E unit in other related
tasks as necessary
Skills Prerequisites:
- Exceptional quantitative skills
- Experience with M&E systems
- Experience with data management and data
management software required - Experience in conducting training
