Position Description:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Tanzanians to fill the
following vacant positions at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education
(DUCE) situated at Chang’ombe, Temeke District, Dar es Salaam.
Duties
Understands and solves problems of patients in line with nursing ethics and
general nursing services.
Supervises Nursing Assistants and trained Nurses/Midwives Orders drugs from the
Health centre/Hospital stores.
Looks after D.D.A Box
Conducting Public Health Education. Managing stores and ordering ward
equipment.
Plus added responsibilities.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by one’s reporting Officer.
Qualifications
Holder of Form IV/VI certificate plus Diploma in nursing with at least four
years relevant working experience in similar position.
Terms:Permanent and Pensionable
Salary Scale:Within PMGSS 1-2
