The
eLearning Specialist will work closely with the Instructional Designer and
Organizational Development & Learning Specialist to develop an eLearning
strategy for FINCA Africa. The eLearning Specialist designs and develops
eLearning material for courses that support FINCA Africa, FDA and local
strategies. The eLearning Specialist demonstrates and utilizes effective needs
analysis
, project management, course content development, and training
evaluation skills.
The
eLearning Specialist will demonstrate the ability to independently develop
eLearning content for internal audiences. The candidate should have in-depth
knowledge and experience in utilizing multimedia technology and eLearning
authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora to
produce online quizzes that are scenario-based, with a good working knowledge
of moodle. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in using Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint to produce high-quality and user-friendly (language,
formatting and visual appearance) instructional materials.
