Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communications / Computer Science.
Job Profile:
Ø Business development in the areas of Telecom and IT with focus on Satellite Communication Systems, VSAT based networks, Wireless Communication Systems including GSM, CDMA, LTE etc, and the Next Generation Networks (NGN), e–Networks, Telecom Infrastructure including different Wide Area Networks (Converged) Projects, e-Governance infrastructure and applications at national & international level.
Ø Turnkey execution and project management & control in the areas of Telecom Infrastructure, e-Networks.
Ø Skill & Business Development in Newer Technologies in field of Telecom & IT.
Ø Development of technical partners, vendors & consortium partners in the Telecom/IT technology area for bidding and execution of projects, including market research and development.
Ø Technological skill upgradation & Talent Management for all the projects in Technical Division and keeping abreast of technology trends.
Ø Project Management of National & International projects
Ø Operation of TCIL’s Technical division as a profit centre in accordance with the TCIL’s Corporate Plan and targets fixed by the Board.

Job Profile:
Ø Technology tracking and to be aware of technological changes in the Telecom field and to identify suitable areas for TCIL’s diversification of business.
Ø Business development in the Telecom area particularly backbone networks, and new upcoming areas.
Ø Business development and execution of turnkey project in optical fiber system and Microwave communications.
Development & Upgradation of skills of TCIL’s manpower in the related technologies and keeping abreast of technology trends.
Ø Identification of technology partners in the related technology areas for bidding and execution of projects.
Ø International market Analysis for Tendering & Execution.
Ø Implementation of Project Management tools.
Ø Preparation of National and International Tenders.
