ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING TRAINER

Required Qualifications
*must be in possession of at least a Diploma in
Marketing or its equivalent

*Bachelors in Business Administration, HR, and
Public

Administration have an added advantage
*must be able to work independently
*must be strong, energetic and able to work under
pressure

*must have at least 3years experience in a similar
position

*must have initiative as this is a challenging job
*knowledge of computer i.e. Excel, word,
spreadsheet will be required

*a good communicator
*candidate will be reporting to the Administration
Manager

DUTIES
*identify, analyze, compile the company’s training
needs in

liaison with the departmental Head
*implementation, administration and coordination of
all training activities/programmes through supervision, follow up of all
trainings and continuous observation and assessment of the training

*conducting training of departmental staff and overseeing
quality control of trainings
*provide technical support and guidance on training
to

departmental representatives carried out
effectively through Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

*recommend training and ensuring that evaluation of
training is aligned with FWL objectives and is carried out regularly
