Reporting to Head, Personal and Business Banking
To communicate, implement, and deliver the Bank’s business strategy, To manage
the day to day performance of the Branch in terms of Sales, Service delivery,
Risk control and Financial growth, To co-ordi
nate various works low out-puts of
the staff, To manage work force, discipline, training and development
Performance Management, Credit Management, People Management, Financial
Management, Risk Management, Customer Service, Sales Management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Excellent presentation
skills, Excellent negotiation skills, Ability to question, probe and clarify
information in a diplomatic manner, Socially confident, quick to establish
rapport, able to maintain good relations with customers, Logical thinker, has a
clear, focuses and methodical approach to work, Team player, Assertive,
Self-motivated and energetic, Integrity and honesty
A degree in Business Management or a professional qualification such as ACCA,
Knowledge of the Personal and Business Banking value proposition and strategy,
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the general Business Environment,
Knowledge of business economics and financial management principals and
practice, Financial Analysis skills and in depth knowledge of Banking
operations and products, Computer literacy and numeracy skills
