FOUR TRAINEE CHEFS URGENTLY NEEDED

Motse lodge and cultural village is looking for four
trainee chefs.


JOB PURPOSE
Preparing a la carte and buffet food for the lodge
guests.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES
• Prepare and dish meals to the customers.
• Participate in portioning, cost control and menu
planning.

• To clean the posts after cooking.
• To keep the kitchen well organized and clean.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A certificate in food and nutrition/ any related
field.

• Or one year post experience in the field of ‘chef
for hospitality.’

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Able to prepare modern and traditional foods.
• Able to work during holidays and weekends.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Should be eager and a fast learner.

KEY COMPETENCIES
• Creative
• Customer focus
• Good communication skills

AGE
Should be in the ages of 20-30
