The
successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Remote
    telephone support for customers with defective systems. Remote
    troubleshooting and identification of the defective component.
  • Service
    calls for repair and optimization of DEGERtracking systems.
  • Verify
    system installations to ensure those systems have been installed according
    to the assembly instructions.
  • On-site
    assembly assistance to ensure the assembly instructions are applied
    correctly.
  • On-site
    trouble shooting and repair of defective systems.
  • Technical
    sales assistance to the DEGER sales people and partners.
  • Participation
    in technical workshops and trade shows as a DEGER representative.
  • Attention
    of regulations on the working protection, fire protection and health
    protection during service calls.
