Homesol Building Solutions is taking applications for a Certified Energy
Advisor, for both new and existing home energy efficiency programs, including
EnerGuide Rating System, ENERGY STAR and R-2000.
Applicants must have at minimum already acheived a passing mark on the new
NRCan Foundations and Energy Advisor exams, and preferably have also submitted
at least ten house files to NRCan in the past two years. HOT2K energy modeling
and blower door testing experience is mandatory. Experience and training in
residential green building or retrofits, building science, energy conservation
or related fields an asset. Own vehicle required (mileage paid).
32-38 hrs. / week, somewhat flexible hours. Starting pay $14 / hr.
